We are happy to answer any questions you have.
In the case of a defect or incorrect merchandise:
Merchandise that is incorrect, or defective can be returned but you must notify us within 36 hours after receiving the
package. E-Mail or Call us for instructions. Upon receipt of your returned item, you'll receive a refund, replacement of the
same item or a replacement of equal value. We will not ship you a replacement of the same item until we have a new item
without any defects.
Note: We do not except Returns of our products soiled. The product must be in its original condition as you received the
product.
Note: Please keep the packaging of the products. If you need to return an item that is incorrect or defective it will need to
be sent back in its original packaging or there will be a 25% fee of the item for having to replace packaging.
If you receive merchandise damaged in transit, This is the carrier's responsibility. Keep the merchandise and packing
material for inspection by the carrier.

If you have not received your shipment within 2 weeks please notify us info@birdsofallcolors.com. Your shipment should arrive to you before two weeks.

Return Policy
We ship within the continental US.
We ship using US Postal Service Priority Mail, and UPS Ground.
If you reach our voice-mail: Then please leave a brief message and we will return your call as soon as we are available.
When e-mailing us: Please use your order Number (if you have one) & Inquires in the Subject line relevant to
Birds Of All Colors. This prevents our system from treating your e-mail as Spam and deleting it, or leaving it unread.
Please note: Orders containing multiple products may ship separately Depending on the
warehouse they are coming from. If you have not received your boxes within the two week
grace period, please contact us info@birdsofallcolors.com . This may be due to the weather,
Shipping errors, payment delays, or simply acts of God. Thank You.
Orders are shipped out from our warehouses within 1-2 business days after we have receipt of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Availability: At the time of listing, products are in stock and ready to ship. There is a remote
possibility that the item may be unavailable due to large purchases, inventory errors, or once
again simply acts of God. In the event that this happens one of our Representatives will
contact you. We will do our best to satisfy your purchase: An expected reshipment
date, an agreeable replacement offer or a full refund of that item or items.
We require a physical address to ship to. Our warehouses will not ship to P.O.Box
addresses. If you give a P.O. Box your order will be delayed and/or cancelled.
