Birds Of All Colors 72 hour health guarantee

Birds Of All Colors Warrants that all of our birds are healthy and free
of any disease to the best of our knowledge.

The purpose of this warranty is to offer protection to the purchaser
for a health problem that is not capable of being diagnosed at the
time of sale.

Unless otherwise stated, all babies come with a 72 hour health
guarantee. (Buying birds out of nest would be a reason that babies
would not come with a 72 hour guarantee).

You are encouraged to have the bird examined by avian veterinarian
of your choice within 72 hours from the time of purchase to verify
the good health of the bird.

All avian veterinarian fees are to be paid by the buyer not Birds Of
All Colors.

If during this 72 hour period the bird is found to have a condition
which affects its health or well-being as determined by the
examining avian veterinarian. Upon verification of this condition and
the return of the bird to us. Birds Of All Colors reserves the right to
take the bird to an avian veterinarian of our choice, for further
examination.

Should the health problem be determined incurable or is cost
prohibitive We agree, at our sole discretion, to either refund the
entire purchase price to you or to supply you with another bird of
the same species.

In the event you fail to have the bird examined by a avian
veterinarian with 72 hours after purchase you waive all warranties.

Birds are not returnable except under these conditions set out in
this health guarantee. Any purchase of any of our birds indicates
acceptance of this guarantee.

We at Birds Of All Colors will do our best to work with you if
something was to happen to a bird purchased from us.
Please notify us if anything happens, and we will do what we can to
help you through it.
